Terms of service

Laurelmark is a research, calendar, and brief-prep tool for business award submissions. We provide the catalog of awards, the deadlines, the AI fit-scoring, and the structured brief outline. You write the final submission. We do not submit entries on your behalf.

We do not guarantee that you will win any award. Award outcomes depend on your company's story, the category, the judges, and a hundred other factors outside our control. Laurelmark is decision support — not a guarantee of results.

We do not refund subscription fees on the basis of award outcomes. See the Cancellation section for what we do offer.

Solo plan: $79/month or $790/year. Agency plan: $299/month or $2,990/year. Pricing and features are subject to change with thirty days' notice for existing subscribers (existing billing cycles run at the price you signed up at).

Billing is handled by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record. Card details are processed by Polar; we do not store them.

Monthly plans cancel at any time, no notice required. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Annual plans run for twelve months. They auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial years.

We do not offer money-back guarantees. Try the free tier (catalog browse + onboarding extraction) before paying.

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute the catalog data without written permission. The curated catalog is our work product.
• Use the AI features to generate misleading award entries (false metrics, fabricated customer quotes). Violations may result in account suspension.
• Reverse-engineer the API for the purpose of building a competing service.
• Use Laurelmark for unrelated purposes (sending unsolicited email, scraping our catalog at scale, etc.).

You retain ownership of all content you submit (company facts, source documents, briefs). You grant Laurelmark a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Laurelmark is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for missed deadlines caused by service outages, AI errors, or any cause outside our reasonable control. Always verify deadlines on the award organizer's official page before submitting.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We can terminate accounts that violate Acceptable Use. We will give notice except where the violation involves fraud, abuse, or legal risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Laurelmark's operating entity is registered. We will update this section once registration is finalized.
