§ The Reality

Awards happen to teams who knewwhere to look
and when.

Most awards never get entered. Half the team does not know which programs exist. The other half finds out three weeks too late. Inc 5000, Stevie, Webby, Effie — all run on staggered calendars, with different fees, different eligibility, different question banks.

Of the awards that do get entered, half are rushed past midnight, half are written from scratch every single time, and most are submitted without ever checking the past winners' structure or what the judges valued last year.

Awards reward discipline, not heroics. Most teams have neither.

§ The Method

One setup. The whole season runs on it.

i.

Tell us about the company once.

Paste a website URL, a LinkedIn page, or drop a pitch deck. Laurelmark extracts your story, milestones, metrics and customer wins into a private knowledge base. Two minutes, eighty per cent done.

ii.

We surface the awards you can actually win.

Two hundred-plus active programs scored against your company size, industry, region and milestones. We tell you why each one fits — and why others do not. Stop wasting fees on programs that were never going to work.

iii.

We hand you a structured brief. You write the prose.

For each entry: a question-by-question outline, the relevant facts pulled from your wiki, citations to your source documents. The bones of the entry, ready in minutes. The voice and the words — yours. That is what wins.

iv.

Track deadlines and prep windows.

Email alerts at thirty, fourteen, seven and three days out. Your dashboard keeps shortlisted awards, draft briefs and source facts together, so each next entry starts warm.

§ The Season

We own the whole season — discovery to compound.

  1. iDiscover

Score every award in the catalog against your company. We surface the dozen you can actually win — and tell you why.

  2. iiPlan

All deadlines, fees and eligibility in one calendar. We tell you when to start, not when to panic.

  3. iiiPrepare

Your private company wiki — milestones, metrics, customer stories, executive quotes — built once and reused everywhere.

  4. ivBrief

For each entry: question-by-question outline, facts pulled from your wiki, citations to source. The structure is ours; the prose is yours.

  5. vReview

Inline edits, comments, word-count guards. Export to PDF or copy into the official form when ready.

  6. viExport

Generate a clean PDF brief or carry the structured answers into the official submission form when ready.

  7. viiRepeat

Next season, your wiki and shortlists carry over. Start every cycle already prepared — add new awards as they enter the catalog.

§ The Toolkit

Built for the team that runs the whole season.

Fit-scoring, not blind hope.

Do not waste fees on awards you cannot win. Laurelmark scores each program against your company size, industry and milestones — and tells you why. The dozen that fit, ranked.

Smart deadline alerts.

Not a monthly digest. Timely email alerts when shortlisted awards approach — thirty, fourteen, seven and three days out. The reason most awards get missed is calendar drift, not capability.

Structured briefs, grounded in facts.

Every brief cites the source fact in your company wiki. If a number is not there, Laurelmark flags the gap instead of inventing it. The bones and the data — yours to write into a winning entry.

Past winners library.

See the structure and tone of previous winning entries for each category. Learn what judges responded to last year. Available for flagship awards, growing weekly.

Carry the season forward.

Your company wiki and shortlists carry into the next cycle automatically. New awards enter the catalog; your facts, briefs and decision trail stay ready for the next season.

Multi-client for agencies.

Boutique PR agencies run a separate company profile per client. Shared answer libraries internally. White-label brief deliverables on the Agency plan.

§ The Questions

Things people ask before paying.

Does Laurelmark write my entries for me?

No — and that is the point. Modern awards screen for AI prose, and even when they do not, judges spot it. Laurelmark builds you a structured brief: question-by-question outline, the relevant facts from your wiki, citations to source. The bones, the data and the structure. The voice and the words are yours. That is what wins.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT does not have a catalog of two hundred-plus business awards with deadlines and past winners. ChatGPT does not score programs against your company. ChatGPT will not alert you when a shortlisted award closes in three days. ChatGPT will happily invent your revenue. Laurelmark is a discovery, calendar and brief-prep system — drafting is the last and smallest part.

Will the AI invent fake numbers?

No. The brief cites the source fact from your wiki. If a number is not in the wiki, Laurelmark shows [NEEDS FACT: revenue growth 2024] instead of inventing it. You stay accountable to your CFO.

Which awards do you cover?

Day-one catalog: Inc 5000, Stevie (all eight programs), Webby, Effie, Cannes Lions, Fast Company Most Innovative & World Changing Ideas, Edison, MUSE, IDEA, Telly, Shorty, SXSW Innovation, Built In Best Places to Work, Globee, TITAN, A' Design — plus 180-plus more, growing weekly.

Can I import from my pitch deck or LinkedIn?

Yes. Paste a URL of your company website, LinkedIn page, or Crunchbase. Drop a pitch deck PDF or past press releases. Laurelmark extracts roughly eighty per cent of your wiki in two minutes. The rest fills in as you answer real award questions.

What happens to my data?

Your company wiki and submissions are private. We do not train models on your data. We do not share with other tenants. SOC 2 in progress. Export everything as Markdown or JSON anytime.

Cancellation and billing?

Monthly plans cancel any time, no notice. Annual plans run for twelve months and renew only on your call. We do not offer refunds — winning an award depends on your story, your category and the judges, not on us. We sell access to the catalog, the alerts and the brief tooling. You decide if it is worth the price.

I am not a PR person, can I use this?

Absolutely. Half of early users are founders submitting their own companies for Inc 5000, Fast Company and SXSW. The interview-style onboarding works great if you do not speak PR jargon — and the past winners library teaches you the vocabulary as you go.

§ The Invitation

Stop missing awards you could have won.

We handle the catalog, the timing and the facts. You handle the prose. Pay monthly, cancel any time. That is the deal.
